PENFED Credit Union Page Updates

Project details

  • PENFED Credit Union needed to update some of their pages to address some critical user feedback they had received. Their pages felt outdated and were missing key features that most other banks had at that point in time.

  • I joined the PENFED project to help the design team create new updated designs for their product and notification pages.

  • I helped build out 50+ high fidelity product pages using the Salesforce Lightning design system in collaboration with the engineering team. All of which was done in a rapid design environment to help the process meet its deadline.

  • The UX enhancements and research-led improvements increased mobile app engagement by 30%, making it easier for members to access and manage their accounts. The changes also streamlined key workflows, reducing friction in everyday banking tasks and improving overall user satisfaction.
